1. Stressfield’s Website and Online Services

In general, you can visit stressfield.fi (“the site”) without providing your personal data. The site is technically divided into separate sections, some of which may require the collection of more personal data, while others may be used without processing personal data.

When you visit the site, your computer automatically sends certain technical and other data (e.g., IP address, browser type, and referral source). We also collect data about your use of the site through cookies. See the Cookies section of this policy for more information.

In some parts of the site, you may be asked to provide personal data for services or job applications.

The purpose of processing personal data collected through Stressfield’s website is to:

Personal data is retained as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

The retention period for collected personal data is 3 months. However, data from contact forms may be transferred to our CRM system, as described in section 2.

Stressfield uses this information to make contact and may enter the data into its CRM system. See section 2 for more details.

1.5 Job Applications

During recruitment, Stressfield may collect and store the following personal data:

• Name, address, email, phone number, and other contact details
• Resume/CV, cover letter, previous and/or relevant work experience or other experience, education, transcripts, and other information provided by the applicant
• Links to LinkedIn profile, video CV, and application

Data is collected directly from applicants or third-party partners (e.g., headhunters). Stressfield may also collect information from professional social networks like LinkedIn, but only if the applicant has given permission by providing a link.

This data is necessary for recruitment and employment. All data is voluntarily provided by the applicant. It is used to assess suitability and for contact.

Applications are stored in Stressfield’s email or applicant database. The retention period is 12 months unless otherwise agreed with the applicant.

1.6 Website Analytics

Stressfield uses Google Analytics to track how users interact with the website and which content is most popular. Google Analytics collects personal data such as IP addresses, user IDs, and cookies for behavioral profiling. Visitor data does not expire automatically. Stressfield also collects non-personal data such as browser type, operating system, and IP address. This information helps improve the site and align it with users’ preferences.

1.7 Embedded Content from Other Sites

Articles on Stressfield’s site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). This content behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

Stressfield does not transfer personal data outside Stressfield or its partners and subcontractors.

Within the company, data may be shared between departments handling job applications.

2. Stressfield’s Customer Relationship Management Databases (CRM)

Stressfield uses CRM databases to manage and monitor sales and marketing. These databases contain personal data of customers, prospects, and business representatives. CRM systems may also include data about customers’ customers or end users of Stressfield’s products and services.

CRM systems may collect and process the following:

Deleting data may affect access to services or content.

Otherwise, data will be deleted promptly upon request.
