1. Stressfield’s Website and Online Services

In general, you can visit stressfield.fi (“the site”) without providing your personal data. The site is technically divided into separate sections, some of which may require the collection of more personal data, while others may be used without processing personal data.

Data is collected directly from applicants or third-party partners (e.g., headhunters). Stressfield may also collect information from professional social networks like LinkedIn, but only if the applicant has given permission by providing a link.

This data is necessary for recruitment and employment. All data is voluntarily provided by the applicant. It is used to assess suitability and for contact.

Applications are stored in Stressfield’s email or applicant database. The retention period is 12 months unless otherwise agreed with the applicant.

1.6 Website Analytics

Stressfield uses Google Analytics to track how users interact with the website and which content is most popular. Google Analytics collects personal data such as IP addresses, user IDs, and cookies for behavioral profiling. Visitor data does not expire automatically. Stressfield also collects non-personal data such as browser type, operating system, and IP address. This information helps improve the site and align it with users’ preferences.
